You need to add your information to the following Safe Guide forms:

​

SG1 (Activity Plan) - RG; Unit/District; Contact #;

                                   Guiders' names on p.2

SG2 (Permission Slip) - "return to" info on bottom of form

SG3 (Activity Notification) - Unit/District;

                                                RG and all info

SG4 (Emerg Response Plan) - Unit/District; Home Contact info;

                                                     DC contact info

SG5 (GGC Waiver Form) - needs to be signed by the parent and collected                                                by the RG

Bring H1 and H2 forms for members.

Provide a list of paddlers that cannot swim to the FGPC staff upon arrival, along with the signed copies of the FGPC waiver forms.

Fairway Gorge Paddling Club (FGPC) youth waiver - needs to be signed by the parent. 

If you have Moms attending, they need to provide a signed

Fairway Gorge Paddling Club (FGPC) for adults. You do not include the numbers of Moms in the GGC paperwork; they do not provide ratio unless they are registered GGC members/unit assistants.s

Reserve the number of boats you will need by calling Nic at the Fairway Gorge Paddling Club, 778-432-3472, tell him you are with the SVI Girl Guides of Canada, and be specific about the name of your District/Unit.

 

The cost will be $250/boat and you can figure out what you will charge girls accordingly.
