is centrally located near downtown Victoria with easy access to many
tourist attractions. Our two storey building is wheelchair accessible,
has full kitchen facilities (with microwave, fridge, stove and dishes),
bathrooms with showers and parking. |

dishes and cutlery for 30, cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and cleaning supplies and
equipment. |

Upstairs,
on the floor, so bring
your own sleeping bags and foamies or insulites. |
| Bathroom |
Facilities
include three toilets,
three showers and four wash basins |
| Parking |
is
available in the lot. |
| Grocery
Stores |
'Wellburns'
at Cook and Pandora Streets and 'The Market on Yates' at Quadra and
Yates Street - both stores within two blocks. |
| Transportation |
from
the BC Ferries at Swartz Bay. Call Pacific Coach Lines
(250)385-4411 or BC Transit (250)382-6161 for information on buses from
Swartz Bay to downtown Victoria. |
Rental
Fees:
All
fees are payable by cheque or money order, made out to Girl Guides of
Canada. Please include unit name and dates. Mail to: 938 Mason Street,
Victoria B.C., V8T 1A2
Administrative
Fee - $10.00
This
non-refundable fee is due within three weeks of the date we mail the
application form. We will not take your tentative booking unless we
have received this fee.
Damage
/ Cancellation Deposit - $25.00
Due
eight weeks before your reserved dates. If not received in time, we
will cancel your booking. This deposit will be returned if you have
left the facilities the way you found them! If you cancel more than two
weeks before your reserved dates, we will return this deposit.
Should
you cancel within two weeks of your reserved dates, this deposit will
be forfeited.
Accomodation
Rental Fee - outside the Greater Victoria Area
$6.00
per person per night - Minimum of $25.00 per night
(Visitors
from the U.S.A.: fees are the same and payable in U.S. dollars)
