Southern Vancouver Island Area (SVI)

The Southern Vancouver Island Area of the Girl Guides of Canada is made up of eleven neighbourhood Districts.  Some Districts have recently amalgamated so the maps above reflect the old boundaries in three geographical regions:  Victoria, Saanich Peninsula, and WestShore.  Please click on the links above to see detailed maps. 

Our membership is made up of  approximately 1250 youth and 400 leaders and we welcome girls ages 5 to 18 to join us at any time.

Southern Vancouver Island Area is fortunate to have a Guide House and three campsites.

Area Boundaries:

West	From and including Port Renfrew
East	Along the east coast of Vancouver Island and including Mayne and Pender Islands, following the Saanich Peninsula and to the north
North	To the highest point on the Malahat
South	From Port Renfrew south around the base of Vancouver Island
