 1) Program Overview

2) SVI Area Smile Card Criteria

It's always important to read the 'fine print' before completing the applications.  This Criteria sheet should help you meet the requirements of Guiding for this process. 

3) SVI Area Application

Along with the Thrifty Foods application (see below), you need to complete the SVI Area Application.

4) FR1 - Application for Fund Raising Approval

The FR1 application is available on the Girl Guides of Canada National Site by looking under Fundraising at the following location: http://forms.girlguides.ca/SitePages/Home.aspx   or you can download it here in PDF or WORD format.    

5) Thrifty Foods Application Form 

The Thrifty Foods Smile Card Fundraising Application Form is to be completed and submitted with the Area Application (see above) to your District Commissioner.
